  1. Grilled Garlic and Herb Shrimp

Whisk 2 teaspoons ground paprika, 3 tablespoons of garlic, 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, ¼ cup olive oil, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves and 2 tablespoons brown sugar together in a bowl. Add in the shrimp and toss evenly to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Lightly oil an outdoor grill on medium-high heat. Place shrimp on the grill and turn at least once, for 5 to 6 minutes.

  1. Rosemary Ranch Chicken

Stir together ½ cup olive oil, ½ cup ranch dressing, 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon rosemary, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon white vinegar and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Let ingredients stand for five minutes and then place chicken in the bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat the grill to medium-high and grill the skewers for 8 to 12 minutes.

  1. Bodacious Barbecue Ribs

In a bowl, stir together 2 tablespoons paprika, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, 2 teaspoons cumin, 1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar, ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon cloves and 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg. Apply all over ribs and store them on a pan in the refrigerator overnight. Prepare the grill to 225 and smoke ribs for 6 to 8 hours.
